Attitude for People working under Open Sky or Roads.

Have you seen that how burning is the weather nowadays?

Did you notice something else in this regard?

Did you notice the decreasing ratio of trees & plants?

have you seen outside from your airconditioned office/home/car or covered places where outside many human beings like us are busy in work or live below the naked sunlight without any shelter, where the heat from the Sun, Polution from the Smoke of the cars, Noises from the engines, machines and reflecting heat from the burning roads directly hit them but they don't blaim, don't complain.

What are we thinking & care of them?

Have we given them respect?

Have we let them cross the road easily instead of yelling & continue push the horns of the cars?

Have we seen them with care & respect in our eyes?

Is it necessary?

Few Questions for all of us (The PAKISTANIES)

This forum is for us to discuss the things concernd with us as an Individual, Society, Relation of an Individual & Society, Attitudes & Our future.

There are lot of topics here to discuss for the seek of getting workable conclusion or point out the things to provoke thoughts. I think Communication on things, matters and events are necessary specially for us where we only talking not Communication.
Talking made noises and Communication made understanding.

Now I think we badly need understanding as a Society, as a Nation thus we would be going towards One Pakistan One Nation.
One Pakistan One Nation is a simple slogan but have lot of things inside as if we just begin to think with it we may hope to be win, to be united and to be civilized.

This slogan covers a message of harmony, peace, love and brotherhood.

So what is our role to be a Pakistani ( If we believe on One Pakistan One Nation )

1/. Love with others but Why?

2/. Care of others but Why?

3/. Dont break the rules (whereever) but why?

4/. Don't critisize but Why?

5/. Dream for a better tommorrow but why?

6/. Don'd support Insanity in any shape without any reservation but Why?

7/. Alway support Good Persons whereever they are. Without any reservation of language, party, sect, religon and sort of prefrences. But Why?

12 May. A challange for all of us to keep PEACE in Karachi instead of all hurdles.

Today is 08 May,2009
Only 03 days left for 12 May,2009.

Many rumors are circulating in the city about 12 May,2009.

But this date bring a challenge for all of us to show a total positive attitude to keep the peace of city so everybody will experience a new style of positivity from all of us (Citizens of Karachi).

Will we do it?
Many have doubts but I am certain that if we really want to show the positive attitude we will definitely do it.

Its the need of time and we have to accept this challenge.

But How?

Atleast we convince ourself & people around us ( Family, Neighbourhood, Office & Community ) about doing something for keeping peace in the city. as become not effect of bad things & hate for our fellow human beings.

We will do following things & also convince others to do same:

1/. Do not pass on any rumor or bad news until it has proven to be true. Moreover, do not pass on bad news ( even if it's true) to others unless necessary.

2/. Don't discuss bad things of past and don't allow others to do that.

3/. We have need to adopt a behaviour of positivity & happiness with others and also show the attitude of tolerance.

4/. Don't become effect of HATE & Bad emotions will spread by Merchant of Chaos who want to destroy the city & its peace thus peace of country.

Above tips are few but we have many things if we really want to accept the challenge to keep peace on 12 May,2009

4/. To " Set a Good Example " just by showing our good intentions through good actions.

Beyond all these things : Language, Party Affiliation, Race & sort of things we need to live as ONE PAKISTAN ONE NATION.

Let's discuss the defination of Society here???

Let's discuss our society and its future here.
Its a topic of significant importance & of great common interest. I dpn't want to play with complicated technical terms to beautify this article but to simplify & effective to get a conclusion or fact lead us to conclusion or ways towards.

First we have to know then make a collective agreement on what elements a society consist on?
By the way the answer is very easy: Human beings who are the building blocks but a real defination is need to be accepted by heart of majority and the proof of agreement is implementation
of the agreed defination in the society.
But if we now we discussed that how to apply this defination on our society we may face a strange condition as if we really agreed that if an individual is building block of society why there is " no value " for an individual?

Why the last or may be no priority is a human/individual?

This is an open question to discuss and I am waiting for your views about it.

A Crying Reply after seeing todays Ankahi Show on Sama TV by Faisal Qureshi

First I am sorry if I will be harsh on my article. I have just seen the todays Show of Faisal Qureshi on Sama TV and litterally I can't stop tears of my eyes still continue. I am not a weak or distracted person but as human being sometimes I faced conditions where I can't resist.
What we are?
Human Beings?
or
Creatures who are just concern with personal needs?

Please Please forgive me for my comments but for god's sake be vocal if you want to face yourself with turth & proud.

I don't want to be silent and I hope there are many with us.
I have seen a report of little kid who want to be a doctor and he is now working on a auto-mobile shop.
I have seen a report of a 05 years old kid who have murdered
I have seen many things daily in soceity.

Are we human beings?
Are we civilized?

I am just crying and nothing more?

A little review about Seminar I have received on topic "How to be in Good Condition & keep others inspite of chaos in the city??"

In the current situation of cityalmost everyone is looking scared/tensed or worried and a common question is raised from all " How to be in Good Condition ? ".
To find the answer of this question I & my friends have attneded a seminar on Dia etics Centre for Personal Excellence Karachi on 02 May,2009 Saturday evening at 07:00 p.m. The seminar have delivered by Dr Itquan Farouqi (Ph.d) and he is one of the best lecturer I have ever met because of his trainings in five continent of the world & also vast experience to deliver the workshops/seminars & lectures.
We were curious to kn about to know " How to Handle the worst conditiond of our city as an Individual citizen who felt the Responsibility to do something in this regard? ".

Dr Faroqui beging his lecture with concept of Responsibility of an Individual towards Society and tell us that an Individual has ability to take the responsibility for taken action toward of Society. Responsibity is a level of awareness which one have gotten by knowledge with its implentation on life to make it better.
Then he discussed that to make a better environment one have to be in good condition so he will not become the effect of this condition and this is neccessary for an Individual to be in Good Condition to help others.
He used a booklet of Mr L.Ron Hubbard "Solution to dangerous environment" to teach us about practical actions to " Be in Good Condition "
This actions can use for self & others to restore them in Present Time, Good Condition and Better Awareness Level.

Refrence : Booklet " Solution to Dangerous Environment " Chapter: Ways to lesson the threat.

1/. Find Something That Isn't Being a Threat.

2/. Do Not Read Newspaper.

3/. Take a Walk.

4/. Find Something That Isn't Hostile for You.

7/. Knocking Off Things That Upset One.

I have really impressed by receiving the seminar as to learn something new & practical is give me joy ever.

1/. What are the hidden facts behind all this chaos/incident?
2/. Who are actual beneficiaries of this event?
3/. Is the Hidden powes involved behind all this chaos?
4/. Have Police & Rangers taken action on the begining of chaos and the action they have taken was effective or they failed to stop this chaos on its begining stage.
5/. Our Intelligence agencies informed Police & Rangers prior to the day of chaos?
6/. What was the role of Media in this regard? Positive or Provoking?
7/. Is the purpose of this chaos to get away the attention of nation from important events happend in the country and they needs full attention of Government, Forces & nation?
8/ have Political leadership failed to control thier Hacks to busy in re-action of things happend?
9/. Will we expect these type of event in future again?
10/. What will be our Security Plan/Policy to prevent the possibility of this type of events in future?
11/. What a role of an Individual as a citizen of the city & country to prevent any action to destroy the peace of city?

Article Two: Public Transport of Karachi: Reason for Violence.

Karachi: The biggest city of Pakistan, Economic Capital of Pakistan, Financial Hub of Pakistan. The city of Lights.

The citizens of karachi still facing alot of problems because of public transport. City Distt Govt Karachi have made many roads but the dangerous creatures in the name of public transport are running here as a threat to burn the city.
Some following reasons are important to know as we are discussing the important but neglecting issue for the citizens of Karachi.

1/. The dirty, ill-maintained & too much packed buses & wagons are like a hell for citizens those have no choice to travel in this public transport with heavy fears but even unable to stand with repect into these buses & wagons and moreover the insist of conductors to fill this short places inside bus/wagon with more people even on the roof of buses/wagons.

2/. Increasing ratio of casualities (loss of precious lives) by public transport & other commercial transport like dumpers, trucks & heavy vehicles is very cautious and noticeable as well as failure of Law to punish the guilty drivers and owners (reponsible in behind) is a reason which lead people to think that this is not controlable by Law so don't expect a solution or justice.

3/. Majority of drivers of public transport & heavy vehicle has no driving licensce so because of thier unawareness about driving & traffice laws lead them to break the law very bravely as they know they will not get by law for thier offences as traffic police and courts have failed to punish any guilty driver for loss of citizens lives on road.

4/. A normal person may lost his enthusiasum & happiness after traveling as the inner conditions of buses/wagons are enough capable to end thier happiness & good mood but moreover make him/her angry & frustrated.

5/. After every few months transporters demanded for
raising the fares without providing any facility to passenger as maintenance of buses/wagons engines & inside area of vehicles.

6/. Not-properly-maintained vehicles are now become agents for raising polution rate by lethal smoke by buses/wagons thus a continue threat for every citizen on road and responsible for increasing rate of environmental deases and problems for citizens too.

7/. Continue misbehave of drivers & conductors with passengers is the reason to disturb passengers and we all know that disturbed people are a alaram for society peace.

Above reason and many other thing are enough to understand that Public Transport & Heavy Vehicles in Karachi may cause for a big violence in the city thus Anti-state elements may take benefit ofuse this burning situation.

Who is the responsible to check all this horrible situation. We have past refrences of bushra zaidi case as a example when a female student lost her life in a traffice accident and then city burned for years.

I have also written a small blog on my facebook notes about the same topic as I think that this is really important for the development of the city to provide good public transport facility to the common citizens and Good public transport may cause the benefit the economics and peace of city becaise frustated, angry & disturbed citizens unable to make progress.
Also if citizens have good public teansport system the mostly people use public transport for travel and we have less traffic in roads which provide benefit as less fuel used for vehicles and we will take benefot regardong saving of foreign exchange (used for import of furl), Better environment and less traffic jams in the city.

This is a time to begin but its better that first a thinks with passion and take a permenant decision then discuss with your own in detail and then start to do. Friends its not difficult. Everyone out of us are capable so don't under-estimate yourself by your own and don't under-estimate others. Atleast a individual begin from a little work on constant basis. Just take a look in your arounds and note what is the easiest thing to do for betterment.Production is the basis of morale (L.Ron.Hubbard)So when one begin to do something whatever their action is toward betterment. He/She will get high morale and you all know what the slogan is in the soldiers when they are going to begin any advance:Morale is HighUp to Sky.So now we needs " Hight Morale " and we will get by just producing and there are thousunds ways to do better thing.
